Dr. Patel serves as the Medical Director of Nirvana Medical Spa. He is an interventional cardiologist currently practicing at The Cardiovascular Institute of Central Florida, specializing in catheter-based cardiac and vascular procedures. He is board certified by the ABIM in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine, and Interventional Cardiology, Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology, National Board of Echocardiography, and Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation. He has trained at the University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma City, OK, and University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, NC. Dr. Patel currently holds privileges at West Marion Community Hospital, Ocala Regional Medical Center, and Florida Hospital Ocala.
Nilam Patel is a Clinical Esthetician, Hyperpigmentation specialist, and the owner and founder of Nirvana Medical Spa. She graduated from the Electrology and Beauty Institute of Orlando. Nilam loves working in skin care and has dedicated herself to building a wonderful clientele. Her time serving in leadership roles in the spa industry eventually led her to opening own her spa. She has attended various aesthetic conventions to enhance her skin care knowledge and reached certification for many education classes for med spa technology. She has a vast amount of knowledge dealing with hyperpigmentation and acne problems. She’s certified in microneedling, electrolosis, laser skin treatment, laser hair removal and tattoo removal.. Nilam specializes in microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and eyebrow treatments such as microblading, threading, eyelash extensions and permanent makeup. She also educates clients on building skin tissue, repairing and truly addressing the needs of ultimate anti aging. When not working, Nilam enjoys playing games with her kids, working out, traveling and cooking. Her goal is to pamper her clients and guide them to optimal results and true dermal repair.
Allison Brewer-Reed (DNP, APRN) spent most of her childhood in Ocala before heading to Gainesville where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Florida. She worked in the Medical Intensive Care Unit at Shands Hospital while earning her Master of Science in Nursing. Upon graduation, she accepted a position as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Family Care Specialists in Belleview, where she spent more than 19 years focusing on primary care for patients of all ages. During that time, she earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice, precepted 100s of Nurse Practitioner students, and has now ventured into aesthetics. She is currently certified in fillers, Botox, PRP, Laser Hair Removal and Tattoo Removal. When not at work, Alli enjoys working out, gardening, and spending time with her family.
Michelle Runck, Phlebotomist & Office Manager.
Michelle has been employed with Nirvana Medical Spa since august of 2018. Michelle was hired part time for phlebotomies for PRP procedures. In the spring of 2019 Michelle joined Nirvana Medical Spa full time as office manager and became credentialed to perform our non invasive laser face lift procedure, muscle sculpting, and fat reduction devices. Michelle has always possessed a deep passion for skin care and aesthetics. Her first love in the medical field was internal medicine with a career in that specialty for 14 years. When not at work Michelle likes to spend time with her fiancé and family. She also enjoys reading about skin care, meditating and cooking.
Ryan Menton is a Florida Licensed Esthetician who has worked with a variety of facial technics.
Ryan has always been extremely passionate about skin care and making sure everyone around her is pampered and loved; she specializes in relaxing and corrective facials. Ryan has additional training in facial massage and relaxation technique.

Ryan is currently accepting clients and has evening hours available on Monday’s.
Kaylee specializes in Botox, fillers, and various laser treatments. Kaylee is a board certified Nurse practitioner and loves to help her clients feel confident and beautiful. We are so ecstatic to have her as part of our Nirvana family.
Outside of work, Kaylee loves to spend time with her family, sweetest baby girl, and also loves to go horseback riding.
Robert Main, PA-C joined Nirvana Medical Spa, part time since February 2021 where he will be focusing merely on Laser and Aesthetic services. Rob received his undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island, where he focused on studies in Biology. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant studies from SUNY at Stony Brook. He is a Physician Assistant certified through the National Commission on certification of Physician Assistants.
Rob has been practicing urgent care and family medicine at Express Care of Belleview since 2004 and continues to work full time at Express Care of Belleview. Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys; he also enjoys fishing, playing golf, and Star Wars. We are so happy to welcome Rob Main to our team at Nirvana Medical Spa as he shares the same enthusiasm as each of our team members does, and we are happy to expand our bar of services to our lovely clients as we take on Rob!
