To ensure a smooth, timely, and relaxing experience for all clients, please review our spa policies before booking your appointment.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your service time may be shortened to stay on schedule for other guests.

Yes. A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. You will not be charged at booking unless our cancellation policy applies.

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

Clients who miss their appointment without notice may be charged 100% of the service total and may be required to prepay for future bookings.

Yes. Pricing may change at any time without notice. We strive to keep all pricing accurate and up to date.

Yes. Gift cards are available in any amount and can be used toward any service at Nirvana Med Spa. Gift cards are non-refundable.
